Read MoreAt this time of year I spend a lot of time travelling and leading workshops, and in the past I've not filmed videos during the workshops, but this year I thought it would be interesting to shoot some video during the workshops and then to analyse some of the images that I shot while in the field. I wanted to shoot as spontaneously and discretely as possible, so most of the footage was shot with an iPhone 11 and a DJI Osmo Mobile 3.

Read MoreI'm really excited to announce that I'll be teaming up with Jonas Paurell of Vagabond Expeditions to run a photography expedition to the Arctic Circle in February next year. We'll be using dog sleds, snow-mobiles and snowshoes to explore Swedish Lapland, meeting the semi-nomadic reindeer herding Sámi communities and experiencing the northern lights in this incredible winter landscape.
Read MorePretty soon into our trip to Lofoten we realized the sunrises were oftern something special there. The high latitude means that the sun rises quite slowly above the ocean casting it’s light almost horizontally onto the snowy peaks and bouncing off the bottom of any clouds. It really is wonderful.
