The long jagged lines of the Svínafellsjökull glacier in Iceland can only really be seen from above. With a drone above the glacier looking down, there’s a wonderful abstract nature to the scene, scale becomes impossible to tell (what you see in this frame is more than 100 meters from the top to the bottom of the frame) and the limited colour palate of ice and snow reduce the scene to it’s essential elements.
